4-day Self-Mastery Residential Retreat
Self-Mastery Residential Retreat
We met 4 years ago to Celebrate Guru Purnima in 2022. This advanced five-day immersion is offered by invitation-only to those of you who have completed that foundational retreat and are ready to enter a more dedicated and deeper daily practice. So many of you have shared this hope. This is specially created for you as sincere seekers committed to inner transformation. Through disciplined practice, contemplative inquiry, and direct experience, these five uninterrupted days invite you to move beyond conceptual understanding towards living the higher truths with greater depth, consistency, and presence. Just for a few days, you get to leave this world behind and return to the vastness of your Cosmic Self.
The daily rhythm has been intentionally designed to encourage profound inner stillness. Our routine will include extended periods of meditation sittings, contemplative discourses on the lives and wisdom of the saints, devotional kirtan, mindful walking and eating, guided journalling, art therapy, daily practices, and soul-nourishing silence. Each element serves a distinct purpose which can help you to gently refine your awareness, strengthen attention, regulate the nervous system, and create the conditions for genuine inner transformation.
How do we begin to live with more ease, joy, calm and connectedness? I will be sharing the profound joy of simple living helping you draw inspiration from lived experience. We will invite spaciousness, silence, and moments of stillness as our powerful guides in addition to the Divine Presence of the Cosmic One that continues to shower us with ever-flowing Grace. As with all our residentials, every aspect of the experience has been thoughtfully curated to offer both the support of an intimate group and the gift of uninterrupted solitude. May this retreat establish a stable foundation for lifelong practice; one that extends far beyond these five days.

"Living together in a dedicated environment accelerates learning and inner transformation. We prefer to intentionally keep the participation intimate so that it allows individuals greater access to guidance and time for sharing.
I remember the times I used to long for extended days to just be with Babaji. He made it possible. He makes this time we spend together at the retreat possible too.
May His Grace continue to guide us all."
- Ananta Aum
Be Clear about your WHY
Ask yourself why you want to be part of this Self-Mastery Retreat.
Good cues for thought would be, 'What areas of my life do I need to work on? What I like to be free from'. Avoid overthinking and allow for a spontaneous answer to come forth - What's the biggest internal block or hurdle for you in life right now?

How To Prep - Vital Info.
Take time to inform your loved ones that you won't be available in the day and that your phone will be switched off. You will be given 15 minutes each evening to check in on your family. Start training yourselves by checking your phone and responding to messages only during self-assigned times in the day.
This suggested preparation is to help you take back the power from the device or those who reach out constantly. Outside of work especially, ensure you create a hygienic routine.

Arrival and Introduction
After arrival at 11AM on the 26th September 2026, we will have the welcoming ceremony and an introduction before lunch. We will begin the retreat with the first 2 hours that afternoon dedicated to the powerful teacher of Silence followed under guidance and clear instructions which will be shared during the introductory program.

Breath and the 5 Senses
We will use the breath as a primary tool and mindfulness practices for holistic wellbeing. You will learn to practice mindful living, by doing. Be sure to wear comfortable clothing and bring layers if you have a tendency to feel cold. If possible choose breathable natural fabrics with no dyes that can enhance your experience. To better prep yourself for the program, practice Wellness 101. Attempt to eat, sleep, walk and meditate at self-assigned times to create a routine.

Deep Inner Work
The hope is that this retreat helps you know that you too can answer that calling to BE. The intention is to offer you a routine that can create an internal spiritual reservoir from which you can recharge daily beyond the five days. Imagine traversing the infinite field of your Cosmic Self, one breath at a time. So much to explore and experience initially, until you experience the glimpse into non-doing. That non-doing ironically needs practice. We begin this journey together on the 30th Sept 2026.
